Daft Punk Unchained Premiere at Bulladora Music Experience
Alamo Drafthouse DFW is proud to be the presenting sponsor, teaming up with Bulladora Music Experience and Decks in the Park, for the US public premiere of the new documentary, DAFT PUNK UNCHAINED! A blanket is all you need for this FREE event in Reverchon Park. Also enjoy hot air balloon rides and a Daft Punk tribute set by The Feels.

Irving Concert Series: Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band, Fin City
Irving’s annual concert series showcases live music performances from a variety of genres, with great musicians from across the state.  The 2016 series continues to focus on tribute bands, bringing popular songs made famous by well-known bands!  Parking and admission are free to all shows. Please bring a blanket and/or lawn chair, as seating is not provided. There will be food and dessert vendors on-site, as well as area restaurants. Outside food and beverage are permitted. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are permitted..
When:   7pm-8:30pm
Where: Whistlestop Plaza, 123 W. Irving Blvd.Irving, TX 75060. If inclement weather creates a potentially unsafe outdoor environment, concerts will be  moved indoors to the Heritage Senior Center – 200 S. Jefferson St.

Red Bull Cliff Diving at Possum Kingdom Lake
The 2016 World Series Season kicks off at Hell’s Gate at Possum Kingdom Lake in the USA state where everything is bigger, Texas. Two towering cliffs, rising dramatically out of the region’s first water supply reservoir, provide the platform for the season’s premiere stop. 14 men and 8 women will vie for victory and the chance of being crowned the world’s best cliff divers. In June this amazing landscape will again become an international sports venue as 22 of the world’s elite cliff divers will descend on Hell’s Gate for the first stop of the 2016 Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. The event is not ticketed and there is no on-land viewing available. Spectators should plan to arrive and view the competition by boat. There are several private boat rental services on the lake.

Family Fun Fridays at the Arboretum
Every Friday from June 3 – July 29 in the shady Pecan Grove for face painting, a petting zoo, silhouette artist Micki Triggs and music for the little ones.
When: 10am – 2pm
Where: Dallas Arboretum, 8525 Garland Rd. Dallas, TX 75218
Cost: $15 adults; $10 kids 3–12. $3 additional fee for Children’s Garden entry.

Friday on the Green
Monthly concert series local bands, food and drinks from Near Southside eateries and food trucks, beer and wine and a Magnolia Green Market. This is a great evening for groups of families and friends. Blankets, chairs and pets are welcome. Free parking garage is located at 1201 Alston Ave. Free Face Painting. 6 p.m. – Zuriel Merek, 7 p.m. – Jake Paleschic, 8 p.m. – Blue Healer, 9 p.m. – Roomsounds

Dancing in the Park with Studio 22
Always wanted to learn how to dance? Here’s your chance! Learn Salsa from pros from the Dallas-area studio of choice for Dancing with the Stars competitors.

Cost: Adults $20, Free for kids 11 and younger. Foodie Experience tickets are $40 for adults 14 and older, $15 for kids 5-13 years old, and include general admission to the main event. $12 parking.

Music Under the Stars at Levitt Pavilion
Warm Nights, Cool Grass, The Big Texas Sky, Free Music and You! Levitt Pavilion Arlington, in the heart of Downtown Arlington, is the place for families and friends of all ages and backgrounds to experience more than 50 nights of free, culturally diverse music every year. The Levitt Pavilion brings the magic of live music and the performing arts to Arlington in a whole new way – under the stars for everyone to enjoy! Our concert calendar includes artists from all around the world and right in our own backyard, from jazz to hot Latin rhythms, home-grown country to Indie rock, and world music to fun, interactive children’s artists.

Fritz Park Petting Farm
The petting farm provides a peaceful setting where visitors can enjoy the animals in a clean, well-shaded environment. A variety of animals, such as cows, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, rabbits and even peacocks, reside at the farm.
When: 10am-6pm

Queen of Hearts Alice and Wonderland Light Up the Night Party and 3D Light Show
Join the Queen of Hearts & Wonderland friends as we kick off the night with strolling characters, balloon artists, music and more! Fun light-up items will be available for purchase as we get ready to kick off our “Breaking Through the Looking Glass” 3D visual light show at 9:30pm. Every Friday and Saturday night and Sunday nights over Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends (5/29, 7/3, 9/4)

Kids will enjoy plenty to keep them busy and engaged in a 12,000 sq ft indoor FREE kids zone. Music and entertainment will pour out from multiple stages, filling the event with fun and festivity.  This is a 30th anniversary party you won’t want to miss!

Voly in the Park
Get involved in the community! Meet 75 nonprofits and participate in volunteer activities on Saturday, June 4 at Voly in the Park – Dallas’ premier volunteerism festival. The third annual festival showcases VOLY.org, a collaborative platform where nonprofits and volunteers connect in North Texas.

Crawfish Festival in DeSoto
This event takes place on the plaza at DeSoto Town Center using the Outdoor Amphitheater stage, located behind the Civic Center.  You’ll want to bring a lawn chair and get a good spot to enjoy the free entertainment. Performers: 6pm -7pm Crystal Yates, 7:15 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. Jay-B and The Zydeco Posse, 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Amy Nicole and the Zydeco Soul

Rockwall County Fair
Shop & browse through car show and stop to play a little in our kid zone. Free entry and free live music all day!  Grab a glass of wine or a cold beer, a corndog or a turkey leg, take a ride on a mechanical bull or ride the zip line, dance to a little live country or blues, and do a little shopping too! See y’all at the fair!

Pinkalicious at NorthPark
Pinkalicious, the Musical presented by the Dallas Children’s Theater! Come by and take a Sneak Peek of this high-energy musical treat based on the original story written by Victoria & Elizabeth Kann! Pinkalicious doesn’t heed her parents’ warnings and indulges in too many pink goodies, and she has to make some healthy choices to fight off a bad case of Pinkititis. Pinkalicious will finally eat a little green, her little brother will no longer be blue, and all kids will learn to show their true colors! The popular book pops off the stage in this high-energy musical treat that kids will love even more than pink cupcakes.
